We had a brief one-night stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, offering 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. A pleasant surprise was the balcony with two chairs and a water sink for dishwashing. The first floor features a pool suitable for both adults and children. However, toothbrush and toothpaste seemed to be missing, so it's advisable to bring your own. The 🛀 can only be filled with normal temperature water. The location, tucked away in an alley after the Caltex gas station, might be a bit challenging to find. Book a ride if you want to visit the beach.

I recently stayed at The Zen Hotel Pattaya and overall, I had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. However, the hotel's location in Pattaya was not the best, as it was a bit far from the main attractions. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend The Zen Hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The room is very tidy, the service is very friendly, and the facilities are complete. The location is right at the northern bus terminal. The back is very good. I am very satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time I return to Bangkok from Pattaya.

It was very good. We got in early because the car arrived quickly. But note: I asked for a room with a tub. But got a room without a sink, probably because the cleaning hasn't finished yet. But it's okay, the service is good.
